Cary, IL Kids Photographer {H is 6 Months!}

Hey everyone!! Thanks for checking out Little Birdie Photography and reading my “blog”–it really means a lot that you’re here! I do my best to tell y’all about each session, just to give you a little insight as to how I work….bottom line… I shoot from the hip. I just want to have fun. And you to have fun too. But most importantly, I want your kids to have fun,  so we can document how cool, cute, sweet, and sassy they are. Life is short, take pictures, right??

I liked this kid, and her Mama, a lot. Super glad I was able to hang out with Harper, who is around 6 months old. Mama and her babe came to my studio last Saturday morning and we were able to capture a few killer shots (OK, I gave Mom like, 30 to pick 12 from. What a tough job she’s gonna have…eh?!).

In my studio, I’ve got this awesome cream Flokati rug and a “bone” colored roll of seamless paper that provides an awesome setting to get clean, simple, and soft images. I used this set up a lot for Harper’s 6 month photo session because I felt like those big blue eyes and sweet cheeks could stand on their own just fine. All the lighting in the photos came via studio lights…

Too many pictures to choose from…hopefully this is a good enough sneak peek for her family :0)
