Schaumburg, IL Newborn Photographer {Lyla}

I should first post this disclaimer: As I sit on my couch working, I am watching Sister Act II while my 19 month old kid yells “OH WOW” and tries to type on my keyboard. He may or may not be only wearing a diaper because he has no clean pajamas–you can guess if he is or isnt… With these sorts of distractions, I’m not liable for the lack of sentence structure…Okay?!?

I’ll figure out this whole “Mom” thing soon. I hope.

Check out Lyla and her sweet big sister Daphne. I’ve known the lucky parents of D & L for years—my husband, Eric, works with Mama and has for a loonnng time. It’s always such an honor when friends ask you to capture these special milestones. It’s so great sharing in amazing moments with the ones I love..(WHOA CHEESY!! Did you tear?? I did..)

I had such a great time hanging out with this new family of four; Daphne is such a GREAT big sister already. No surprise there. While Dad and Daphne hung out (and tried to turn on my very complicated TV–no one can figure it out–I challenge any and all clients to try…it’s impossible) Mama and I got a few great shots of little sissy.

Before it was time to leave, we asked Daphne if she wanted to come snuggle her sister and take a photo with her…she had no problem being in front of my camera. (She never does, this kid is a HAM!!!) And who doesn’t love a good sib pic???  I live for sibling pictures. I also live for Twizzlers and Sister Act II. Off topic…oy…

Baby Lyla, welcome to our awesomely fun (& high quota-carrying) “ADP family”. I love you so much, already– I hope your family loves these pictures for years to come!
