]]> Oh man. Yet another one of my newborns turned one years old. OK, not one of MY newborns, as in, he’s not my own child…but I really really really REALLY love this little guy. I’ve photographed him since he was born. And actually, now that I think about it, I’ve photographed Patrick since he was in his Momma’s belly, like, 15 months ago. How is it even possible we’re now documenting Patrick’s first year with his 1st Birthday Session? Now maybe you can understand why I take it personally, this business. Because I’ve known some of my clients for their.whole.entire.lives. I

This job is amazing. It truly is I love watching my clients + their respective families grow and change as time goes on. When you stop and think about it, the days seem long (and tiring), but time really does fly by. It seems like yesterday this little nugget was in my studio for his newborn sesh, pooping all over my studio props and blankets. K, he wasn’t that bad, but you get my point. 

Allison and Ryan, thank you so much for trusting me to capture sweet Patrick’s journey into this awesome world. You two are amazing, loving parents, and he is such a lucky boy. Not that I’m the authority on excellent parenting, I’m pretty much crashing and burning myself, while drinking excessive amounts of coffee. But seriously, this boy is so so loved. And love is all you need. I hope you enjoy the pictures from his 1st birthday session.
