Newborn Photographer – Schaumburg, IL

Ten tiny fingers, ten tiny toes. That thick black hair with her eyelashes for days. When I was a kid, I couldn’t have dreamed “newborn photographer” would be my JOB. I am so.so.so. grateful each and every day that this is my JOB. I photograph little babies, in their first few days of life. I am so in love with what I do, and hopefully that shows and I never stop telling you how much I appreciate you for even just clicking on my page.
Eliana is absolutely beautiful, and was so sweet and snuggly during her session in my Algonquin, IL photography studio. She loved posing, and really liked to snuggle up next to my space heater (that causes me EXTREME sweatyness during sessions–you’ll love seeing me look like I’ve been in a sauna for 2 hours–I try really super hard not to look ridiculous, but I rarely look awesome during these sessions. Just a heads up on that. Hahahaha). Obviously I don’t need to say much about our session below–here are a few examples of a few frames we can take within about 10 minutes of each other. The slightest change in an arm or a prop makes for an entirely different picture, right?!!

Oh wait—I just said I probably wasn’t going to say a lot on this post, but here I go, rambling AGAIN….

Here’s a scheduling update—I’m booking from August on for newborn sessions right now–it’s best to schedule your newborn photography session as soon as you’re comfortable, but just keep in mind many photographers who specialize in this area tend to book up quickly. Personally, I’d recommend reaching out around the 2nd trimester, if possible. I’ll always try to accommodate everyone as best I can, but typically I only photography 4-5 newborns per month. This may change with the coming school year, as we’re still trying to figure out my son’s schedule :-). Hopefully I can take more 🙂 If you’re interested in booking, please check out the newborn session pricing here, and feel free to eMail me {Kiley} at littlebirdiephotos@gmail.com

If you’re wondering where Little Birdie Photography located, it’s about 20 minutes west from the Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall area–right off Randall Road and 90.  My studio is home based, and built on to my basement. I have a tv, couch, huge fish tank, and a ton of toys down in the studio. It’s super comfy, and the best part is, you can bring your kids to the session because I have a TON of things there to keep them occupied. The actual shooting space takes place in a separate notched out room, so your other kiddos won’t ‘bug us’ while we’re photographing your newborn. Maybe someday, I’ll take pictures of the space, so y’all can see what we’re workin’ with. Until then, use those bright imaginations 🙂 🙂
